In our modern equipped laboratory we offer testing and development possibilities not only for our own needs but also for other plastics companies. The professional team of the laboratory provides comprehensive services in the field of quality control of raw materials and products, not only within our production but also in cooperation with external companies. The laboratory performs testing according to international ISO standards, Czech ČSN standards, German DIN standards, and European EN standards, by ISO 9001 certification.

Fall test

Pressure test of pipes
Pressure testing of pipes is a standard procedure to verify their durability and safety when operating under pressure. This test is performed by filling the pipe with water or other medium and increasing the pressure to a specified value. The objective is to determine whether the pipe can withstand the required pressure for a specified period without leaking or bursting. Resil Impactor
A Charpy hammer, also known as a Charpy pendulum or Charpy instrument, is a device used to perform a Charpy test. The Charpy test is a standard method of testing the impact resistance of a material. The principle is that the material sample to be tested is placed under the pendulum and then the pendulum is released to strike it. The energy absorbed by the sample during the impact is then measured. This test provides information on the level of strength and impact resistance of the material, which is important for evaluating its applicability in various applications such as bridge construction, automotive, shipbuilding, and others.

These services include testing of mechanical and thermal properties, flammability, physicochemical properties, rheological properties, and other work related to plastic materials. Each test is performed according to the relevant standards and norms and includes the production of a report with the test results. The cost of the tests varies depending on the type of test and the number of tests performed. We are available for further information or consultation.
